The Lixa office complex, located on Kasprzaka Street, will be enriched by two new buildings: Lixa D and Lixa E. Both buildings, with a total floor area of 29,000 sqm, will each have six floors above ground, as well as a garage for their tenants.
The office buildings will have a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2023 or early 2024.
