The next stages of the LIXA office complex have received construction financing. LIXA is a campus investment being built in nearby Wola, next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station.
Ultimately, the project will consist of five buildings that will provide 77,000 sq m. The heart of the investment is a beautiful green courtyard, which will serve as a place for rest, inspiration and less formal meetings.
The first three stages of the investment with a total area of 48,000 sq m. they already have an occupancy permit, the next two stages will be built next to the green LIXA City Gardens passage.
