The modern LIXA office complex is expanding in Warsaw's Wola district. Construction works are currently underway on buildings D and E.
Phase D is being built at Giełdowa Street and will provide approximately 10,000 sq m of class A office space for rent, the building will consist of 6 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. Part E will be located at Kasprzaka Street and will provide over 18,000 sq m of modern office space for rent to the Warsaw market.
It is worth noting that the LIXA office complex reflects ESG standards. All office buildings in the LIXA complex will be certified in the WELL and BREEAM programs.
The planned completion date of construction of stage E is early 2024, and stage D is due in mid-2024.
