The final stage of Warsaw's LIXA complex is entering its final phase of construction. LIXA E has reached its highest construction point, concluded with a symbolic topping out.
The first facade elements have already appeared on the LIXA E building, which forms a common whole with the previous stages. At the same time, intensive work is underway on the LIXA D building to erect the final floors. Both office buildings will provide 28,000 sqm of modern lease space. The office buildings are certified under the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The LIXA project is also expected to be included in the WELL Health-Safety rating, which confirms that the complex meets high requirements for safety standards and procedures.
LIXA D and E are scheduled for completion in the II and I half of 2024. The entire complex, comprising 5 buildings with a total area of 77,000 sqm, is being built in the business center of Warsaw in nearby Wola, right next to the Daszyńskiego Roundabout.
