Jakub Sylwestrowicz

Head of Tenant Representation

Jakub has 15 years' experience in the office industry. In his private life, he likes to travel with his family, during which time he likes to explain the complexity of the world in a simple way to his children. While reading fairy tales to them, he is always the first to laugh (they usually laugh at him!) He loves reportages and listening to music at full volume. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. During Christmas Eve, the table at Jakub's home never lacks an additional place setting.

Tomasz Czuba

Head of Office Agency

For over 10 years, Tomasz has successfully represented JLL's strategic clients on the office market. He is a collector of vintage cars and an enthusiast of racetrack competitions. Tomasz is the father of two boys with whom he loves to travel around the world. He cannot imagine Christmas Eve without dried fruit compot.

Kazimierz Kirejczyk

Vice President of the Management Board

Kazimierz can say with the utmost confidence that he co-created the foundations of the modern residential market in Poland. He has been inseparably connected with this sector for over 20 years - first as the co-founder and president of REAS, and now as the Vice-President of the Management Board at JLL. During his free time, he likes to cook for his family, which is a challenge as he can have all of his 21 children and grandchildren gathered around his table. His signature Christmas Eve dish is trout in caper and lemon sauce, which he learned how to do from the great Kurt Scheller himself.

Agata Sekuła

Vice President of the Management Board

Agata started her JLL adventure over 20 years ago. On a daily basis, she is involved in retail sales and acquisitions and is Vice-President of JLL in Poland. Agata is one of the most valued retail experts across Central and Eastern Europe. Although constantly on the go, she is always smiling. She loves travelling and wine. A year ago, in Spain, she even co-created her own brand! She likes to read books and is interested in art, with her favourite young artist being Jan Bajtlik. Every year, late in the evening, Agata organizes a second Christmas Eve dinner for her friends.

Joanna Kaczmarek-Walas

Senior Director, Valuation

Joanna has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Known in the industry as an expert on valuation in the retail market, among colleagues as ‘Sikorka’, and privately as a mother of little Antoś. When she is not valuating properties, she’s getting to know the world anew through the eyes of a child - she enjoys riding a scooter and dancing. She spends Christmas time with relatives in Bełchatów and Skarżysko. She can’t wait to taste traditional carp and homemade dumplings with mushrooms on Christmas Eve.

Łukasz Dobrzański

Head of Office Agency in Łódź

Łukasz is an expert on the Łódź office sector, with experience in the aviation industry. When he’s not busy with commercialization and consulting, he relaxes by playing "Civilization" or football as well as reading books on the formation of societies. He knows what a ‘krańcówka’, ‘migawka’ and ‘chynchy’ are. His signature dishes are... scrambled eggs and tea, which means that during Christmas he helps rather than heads up the kitchen department. When it comes to Christmas dishes, he adores mushroom & cabbage dumplings, and he will never say ‘no’ to cheesecake.

Anna Wysocka

Head of Retail Agency

Anna started her career at JLL, as a student, over 20 years ago. Currently, she manages a team of experts in retail leasing and tenant representation in Poland. She loves working in the garden and is a cat enthusiast. Anna has two children, Antek and Franek. She values privacy above all else but also likes skiing and journeys to not-so-far off places. During Christmas Eve, she always prepares dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as three different herring dishes.

Anna Młyniec

Head of Office Agency and Tenant Representation

Anna studied at the Warsaw University of Technology and has worked in real estate all her life. She has been working for JLL for over 20 years and currently manages a team of experts in office leasing and tenant representation while acting as a member of the management board. Anna is an avid reader but spends almost all of her free time close to water. She loves diving and is interested in underwater photography. She is not a cooking expert but when she is in the kitchen with her sons - Peter and Michael she is ready for some freestyle cooking.

Tomasz Olszewski

Head of Industrial Agency CEE

Tomasz is referred to as “Father” by his team. He coordinates activities in the field of warehouse and industrial market consultancy in the CEE region. Tomek has 25 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. He graduated from law at the University of Warsaw. He is an excellent speaker and organizer. Away from work, he is the proud father of Zuzia and Franek, a future player for the Polish football national team. He usually spends Christmas on the slopes with his family and friends.

Mateusz Bonca

Managing Director

Mateusz has been CEO of JLL Poland since November. He is making his debut in the real estate industry but has many years of experience in B2B consulting and strategic management on four continents. He has lived and worked in several countries. He is familiar with the strategies of banks, smelters, telecommunications, mining, logistics and energy companies, as well as reforms of the education system in the Middle East. Mateusz is a proud dad of two pre-schoolers. He comes from Gdynia, where he likes to sail to whenever possible. He is also an admirer of vintage cars and modern art. He spends Christmas with his loved ones, and his favourite Christmas dish is borsch with ravioli.

Marcin Faleńczyk

Head of Office Agency in Gdańsk

The captain of Tri-City office at JLL. Everyone envies his location, although he rarely visits the seaside during the season. He joined JLL 4 years ago, and prior to this, co-founded and worked in Invest in Pomerania as a deputy director. He knows new investor acquisition processes inside out. When he takes a break from promoting the Tri-City as a business location in Poland, he enjoys diving and traveling. He prefers oriental cuisine, and he cannot resist the Christmas elves:)

Joanna Kieszczyńska

Director, Land Advisory Services

She has been working in JLL since 2013 and is JLL's secret weapon in the processes of buying and selling plots of land for various types of investments - from apartments, through offices, shopping centres, and student housing, to data centres. In her spare time, she dances and practices yoga. She’s not scared of the half-lotus forward bend and she loves the French language. Christmas means a time of rest after travelling and transactions. Every year, she spends a few days in the kitchen with her mother, cooking, baking and decorating gingerbread cookies that are gifts for the whole family.

Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk

Head of Workplace Advisory

At JLL, Anna is responsible for creating friendly offices for corporate clients, and as a member of the board, represents the company in various organizations. Being involved in volunteering - Anna is looking forward to the next Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity event. The mother of Mikołaj, Hania and Marysia. She is a keen allotment gardener, caravanning enthusiast, and likes authentic jazz dancing. After the Christmas Eve meal, she always takes her dog out to walk off the carp and pierogi.

Robert Sztemberg

Business Development Director

Robert has 20 years' experience in real estate investment transactions and the financial market sector. He liked working for JLL so much the first time around that he decided to return to the company, to the delight of the entire team. He loves regattas, sings shanties, and needs no persuasion to “hit” the beaches in Mrągowo and German Konstanz, where he comes from. In his private life, he is the father of two, 18-year-old Alex and 21-year-old Elena. During Christmas Eve, he looks forward to trout as he is not a big fan of carp.

Maximilian Mendel

Head of Living Investments

Max manages the Living Investment team which focuses on transaction advisory regarding income-generating assets in the living sector. He is passionate about travelling and good cuisine. He has visited over 50 countries across all continents except Antarctica, with a lot of journeys in the company of his sons. Although he has eaten the traditional Christmas dinners of various countries, he remains a fan of the Polish Christmas Eve menu. As he says - how can you resist such a wide variety of meatless dishes in one meal?

Małgorzata Żółtowska

Head of Valuation CEE

Małgorzata created from scratch a 40-person valuation team in both Poland and the CEE region. She also serves as the Vice President on JLL's Management Board. She supports women in business and acts as a mentor. Małgorzata devotes most of her private time to her son Julek. Furthermore, she also exercises yoga with the utmost dedication and likes to dabble in fashion. Her favourite TV series is "The Crown". At home, she celebrates the Polish tradition of spending Christmas holidays with her family, preparing Kutia together with her mother, and looking out for the first star on Christmas Eve with her son.

Agata Janda

Head of Hotel Advisory

Agata lived and worked in London for over 10 years, where she was responsible for providing hotel advisory. Two years ago, she returned to Poland and now runs the hotel department at JLL. She loves snowboarding and would give up almost anything for it. While in London, she learned how to make Christmas Pudding but her Polish family were not the greatest fans of the dish. They prefer a traditional Polish fruit cake. Besides the very much appreciated presents from London, Christmas at Agata’s house is always quintessentially Polish.

Tomasz Mika

Head of Industrial Agency

Tomasz is responsible for the industrial team in Poland and is a man who can offer good advice, is always smiling and willing to help. Tomasz is curious about the world and focuses on personal development, which is reflected in the majority of the books that he reads. He divides his time outside of work between his family (wife and teenage son Maciek) and sport (he takes part in triathlon competitions all over the world). Every year, he spends Christmas Eve in his beloved city of Kraków.

Klaudia Budny

Restaurateur, chef, culinary trainer, and the finalist of the 4th edition of MasterChef

A trainer trusted by the Merkury hotel chain as well as Auchan, Amica, and IKEA, along with numerous culinary studios and restaurants. She hosted events with Mateusz Gessler and cooked together with Wojciech Modest Amaro during the Transatlantyk 2017 and 2018 dinner. She serves as the guest cook at "Dzień Dobry TVN" and "Wiem, co jem" in TVN Style. An amateur of good taste and fantastic fun while cooking, who loves to share her passion and experience with others. And a woman who, with her face and recognized name, validates a plethora of culinary events.
