New supply gap starts to bite
With a vacancy rate close to 11%, it's difficult to agree with the statement that the Warsaw office market suffers from a lack of space for rent. In fact, over 650,000 m² of vacant offices are currently available to tenants. However, when we look closer at the vacancy structure, we can see that most of this space - nearly 80% - is available in buildings older than 10 years.
