One swallow (or even two) doesn't make a summer
In Q3 2024, the Warsaw office market recorded several significant lease transactions. Long-unseen pre-let agreements returned to the market, and on an exceptionally spectacular scale. The Santander bank leased nearly 25,000 m² in The Bridge, while a company from the media sector took up over 10,000 m² in the Office House building. In total, pre-let agreements accounted for as much as 22% of the total demand registered in Q3.
