We have finished the first year with an extremely low level of new supply. In 2023, developers delivered just over 60,000 m² in Warsaw, which is in stark contrast to the results of the past few years (200 300,000 m²). There is no chance that market conditions will change in the coming twelve months. 2024 will be another year with a subdued new supply estimated at around 94,000 m² (of which 15,500 m² is renovated space).
