In Q3 2023, new supply amounted to nearly 120,000 m². As a result, the YTD total across the eight major regional markets in Poland accounted for 236,000 m². Developers are not finished yet as the end of the year will see a further increase of 50,000 m². 2023 will be the last year for a while with such significant number of new office deliveries.
