The developer has signed a contract with the general contractor for the construction of further buildings of the Lixa complex. The next two office buildings will have a total of 29,000 sqm. and more than 200 parking spaces. This complex is located in Warsaw's Wola district, and the completion of the construction is scheduled for 1Q 2024.
All buildings of the Lixa complex are designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The developer took care of many solutions supporting the environment, such as reusing water for watering lawns and using recycled aluminium in the construction of buildings.
