A multifunctional LIXA office investment is growing near Rondo Daszyńskiego. A modern office complex is being built in Warsaw's Wola district at the intersection of Karolkowa and Kasprzaka streets. The investment aims to provide approximately 75,000 sq m in 3 stages.
LIXA A and B buildings belonging to the first stage of the project will be ready at the end of this year. Building A will consist of 12 floors above ground, and the lower building B will have 5 floors. The first stage of the LIXA project will offer its tenants a two-level car park, green relaxation zones, BMS system, 24-hour security, reception and many more amenities.
