Building description

The Warsaw HUB is a modern and multifunctional complex of high-rise buildings, which is located in the Wola district at Daszyńskiego roundabout, the fastest developing part of Warsaw. It consists of three skyscrapers: the 86-metre hotel building and two 130-metre office towers, which are joined by a five-storey foundation.

The Warsaw HUB is Ghelamco Poland’s most innovative project, which goes far beyond the traditional concept of an office complex. The project was designed upon the concept of a “hub”, i.e. a major functional and transportation centre. The complex combines all functions which are necessary for the modern business to operate. 113,000 sq. m of space offer state-of-the-art office premises, a conference centre, hotels, a conference centre, a fitness club, coworking space, and The Heart Warsaw centre of cooperation between corporations and start-ups.

The project provides its future tenants with numerous sophisticated solutions including access to and navigation around the building using a smartphone, a car recognition system in the underground car park, and a charging station for electric cars.

The Warsaw HUB is located near Daszyński Roundabout in Wola district, on the crossroad of Towarowa and Prosta Streets. It is a new business ward of Warsaw. The location provides a good connection to the other parts of the city by car as well as by public transport. The building is located just 5 minutes by car from Main Railway Station and "Złote Tarasy" shopping mall, and 20 minutes from Fryderyk Chopin's Airport. The office building has a direct entrance to the M2 subway line. Moreover, nearby there are plenty of bus and tram lines and a station of Fast City Train. The building is in the proximity of other skyscrapers like Warsaw Spire, Warsaw Unit, Generation Park and Skyliner.
