Spark is a complex of three A+ class buildings that has been designed to meet the needs of all users -employees, but also local residents and people with disabilities. Building C (phase I), consisting of 9 above-ground and 9 underground floors, provides 11 150 sq m of modern office space to let. There are also 86 parking spaces located in underground parking available for tenants.
Spark is the first office project to be recognized with “Object with no boundaries” certificate at the time of commission. Its functionality is the result of research conducted in collaboration with Na Miejscu and the Project for Public Spaces foundations. The complex stands out with a publicly available square, open fresh-air working areas, an apiary and an amphitheatre. Several modern amenities conducive to well-being and health have been applied. Among the numerous amenities there is a canteen, cafes, laundry drop-off machines, parcel machines or a photovoltaic charging dock for mobile phones. There is also a cycling infrastructure available.
The Spark complex is located at the intersection of Wola’s major streets: Okopowa and Solidarności Avenue, which provides both excellent access by car and easy access to public transportation: buses and trams. It also guarantees a smooth connection to the city centre and other Warsaw districts, as well as the Warsaw Chopin Airport. The closest underground station “Rondo Daszyńskiego” is a few minutes walk away. Within its vicinity, you will find hotels, restaurants and easily accessible commercial and service infrastructure.
