Warsaw UNIT has received the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate. In order to obtain this certificate, it is necessary to pass a number of tests verifying the procedures and systematically inspect such things as ventilation shafts to reduce the risk of transmission of various bacteria and viruses as much as possible. Warsaw UNIT has installed UV lights in elevators and air conditioning systems, which effectively limit the reproduction of bacteria and disinfect space and air.
This is not the first building of this developer to be marked with this certificate. The office building The Warsaw HUB also received the same valued certificate a year ago.
