The low-emission Warsaw UNIT skyscraper received the WELL Core certificate at the highest possible level - Platinum. It is the first and only building in Poland with the WELL Core certificate under the WELL v2 pilot program with a score of 99 out of 100 points.
Warsaw UNIT also has the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate, which proves the health safety and well-being of office building users, and the BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level.
Warsaw UNIT provides almost 57 000 sqm of modern space on 45 above-ground floors and 400 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park.
