Among the awarded buildings announced at the gala in London was Warsaw UNIT, which received the highest possible rating of 5 stars. With this accolade, it will compete for the title of the world's best office building in the prestigious International Property Awards plebiscite. In addition, Warsaw UNIT also received the award for the best architecture among Polish office buildings.
Numerous certificates confirm the prestige of the office building, these include BREEAM at the Outstanding level (as the first high-rise building in Poland), WELL Health-Safety Rating, WELL v2 pre-certification, Green Standard Building, as well as "Building without barriers". The results of the International Property Awards will be announced at the final gala in London in February 2023.
