Spark is a complex of three A+ class buildings that have been designed to meet the needs of all users -employees, but also local residents and people with disabilities. Building B (phase II), consisting of 10 above-ground and 2 underground floors, delivers 16 800 sq m of modern office space to let. There are 144 parking spaces located in underground parking available for tenants.
Spark is the first office project to be recognized with an “Object with no boundaries” certificate at the time of commission, with its functionality being the result of research conducted in collaboration with Na Miejscu and the Project for Public Spaces foundations. The complex stands out with a publicly available square, open fresh-air working areas, an apiary, and an amphitheater. Several modern amenities conducive to well-being and health are be applied. There is also a cycling infrastructure available.
The Spark complex is located at the intersection of Wola’s major streets: Okopowa and Solidarności Avenue, which provides both excellent access by car and easy access to public transportation: buses and trams. It also guarantees a smooth connection to the city center and other Warsaw districts, as well as the Warsaw Chopin Airport. The closest underground station “Rondo Daszyńskiego” is a few minutes walk away. Within its vicinity, you will find hotels, restaurants, and easily accessible commercial and service infrastructure.
