Warsaw office market July 2022

The office market has seen a significant upturn in recent months. Tenants, with the introduction of a return-to-office policy and their approach to hybrid working, have been able to more precisely define their demands for leased space. This could be seen not only in the decline in vacancy rates, and a decreasing number of sublease offers, but above all in the record high demand for offices, which was largely due to the conclusion of some very significant lease transactions.
