Over the last 15 years, Służewiec, once an industrial district both in terms of character and name (its full name, Służewiec

Przemysłowy, translates as “industrial Służewiec”), has been undergoing a metamorphosis into an office cluster. Today,

with more than 1.03 million m2 of modern office stock and approximately 83,000 staff, it has become the largest office

district in Poland. Over time, its rapid growth has exposed some structural drawbacks. How can the mistakes made in the past now be put right so that Służewiec becomes a thriving and well performing quarter, one of Warsaw’s key districts? We are pleased to present this white paper, in which we address this question and others regarding the future of Służewiec as a business location.
