the pandemic –recorded in Q2 (168,900 sq m),
leasing activity in regional cities recorded a
decline to 113,000 sq m in the third quarter.
This was due to a reduction in contract
renegotiations, which dropped from 80,000
sq m in Q2 to 29,000 sq m in Q3.
