Office Market in Poland Q1 2015

We are pleased to present our latest office market summary of Warsaw and other major markets in Poland.

Sound demand registered in both Warsaw and regional cities proves positive market sentiment in terms of occupiers’ activity. Still significant under construction volume in Poland estimated at 1.4 million sq m with more than half of it falls on Warsaw. In Q1 2015 rents were relatively stable, however we expect that due to large volume of new supply, rents will be under downward pressure. Vacancy rate in Poland vary between 6.2% in Kraków to 23.3% in Poznań. In Q1 Warsaw registered temporary pause in upward vacancy trend.
