The beginning of 2022 was characterised by record levels of new supply, partly due to delays in 2021 projects. In Q1, a total of 244,000 m² of office space was delivered to eight major regional markets, nearly 20,000 m² more than in the whole of 2021. The largest amount of office space was completed in Katowice - 116,000 m² with projects such as Global Office Park A1/A2 (55,200 m²) and KTW II (39,900 m²).
