Central Point is an office building project with retail space. Location right over the crossing of metro lines and planned direct connection from the building will be a great advantage of the object. 18,000 sq m of office space for lease will be spread from 4 to 22 floors, whereas lower levels will be reserved for retail space. The building will be located next to Metro Świętokrzyska station, where two lines of the Warsaw subway cross. Moreover, the direct connection to the station from the building is planned to appear. Apart from a retail gallery located in the building, the proximity of numerous commercial points and accommodation facilities will enable comfortable access to amenities.
