The Central Point office building, located in the most prestigious and attractive place in the country – at the corner of Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska Streets in Warsaw – will be delivered next year. The building, located at the intersection of two metro lines, will have 21 floors and almost 20,000 sq m of space. The commercialization process will be managed by CBRE and JLL. The minimalist design with a predominance of glass refers to the surrounding office buildings, including the so-called Nowy Sezam located diagonally, thanks to which Central Point blends well with the very center of the capital city.
- The construction of the Central Point office building is proceeding quickly, which is another proof of the good condition of the Warsaw office market, despite the epidemic situation, which is still present. Four levels of the underground garage and four floors above ground have already been completed. The fifth floor is currently under construction while the building’s completion, ready for occupancy, is scheduled for Q3 2021. We are sure that future tenants will appreciate the comfort of this modern place with an exceptionally good location. It is worth emphasizing that this is the only place where two metro lines meet in Warsaw, enabling fast transport to various parts of the city - says Radosław Pawlak from CBRE.
21 floors of the Central Point office building
The Central Point office building will have 21 floors with a mezzanine top floor at the height of 95 meters. Its total area amounts to almost 20,000 sq m, of which approx. 18,000 sq m is office space, and 1,100 sq m is intended for retail and service. There will be approx. 950 sq m on one floor for rent. Tenants will have at their disposal 80 parking spaces, charging points for electric cars, parking for bicycles, changing rooms and showers. Due to the location at the intersection of the metro lines, vibro insulation elements were designed at the junction of the building structure and the station.
The coronavirus pandemic has not significantly affected the plans of Immobel, which is building Central Point in the very heart of Warsaw. This investment is located at one of Poland’s most prestigious addresses, just above an intersection of Warsaw’s two metro lines. This boutique office building will provide its future tenants with access to a wide range of amenities, services and cultural venues in Warsaw - because of the building’s great central location. Even more importantly, in these times of pandemic procedures, Central Point will also offer the opportunity to utilize the building’s flexible space created as part of the project’s excellent architecture. We are extremely excited to be jointly responsible for the commercialization process of such a unique investment .
Under the office building, in addition to two metro lines, there are tram and bus stops. The building is also located close to the Central Railway Station and the Złote Tarasy shopping center. The location in the very center of the city provides quick access to many restaurants and cafes, as well as recreation areas, e.g. the Saski Garden. In addition, there are over 20 hotels at a distance of one kilometer.
The office building has been designed in accordance with the highest environmental standards, which is confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
