Lakeside II is a 12-story, modern office building located at 2a Szturmowa Street in Warsaw. The existing building will undergo thorough renovation to adapt the project to contemporary market standards. The new product, called Lakeside II, will offer over 19,000 square meters of modern office space, setting new standards in the commercial real estate market with its technological advancement and energy efficiency. The architectural design of the building was handled by Grupa 5 Architekci, the same company that was responsible for the construction of Lakeside. The changes include the modernization of the entire building, with only the reinforced concrete structure remaining, and the transformed office building will be completely rebuilt in the spirit of ESG, making it both modern and environmentally friendly.
The building is located in a unique location surrounded by greenery, with the Służewiecki Pond and park in front of it. The advantage of the location is its close proximity to the center of Warsaw and good access to public transportation, with a tram loop located right beneath the building. It takes just 15 minutes to drive from Lakeside II to the city center, and only 10 minutes to reach Chopin Airport.
