Building description
Building at 14, Lompy street was built in 1927. It is one of the best preserved buildings from that architectual period. Unchanged building survived untill present days and now outstands with its design from other office buildings. In 2011 building was introduced into the list of cultural heritage objects in Poland. In the building, there is also a historical conference room and many elements of interior design, which provide this building with an unique character. Building offers offices of diversified area, with a possibility to lease for unrestricted period and to arrange it according to the tenant's needs.
Location description
Building is situated in the center of Katowice city, 1 km from railway station Katowice Główny. Such location ensures proximity of many commercial and service premises, public institutions and also good access to public transportation. Highway A4 and main roads no. 79 and 86 are situated nearby. Driviging from the office to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport takes around 40 minutes.
