Global Office Park complex will consist of 2 office towers and one residential tower set on a common 5-storey podium. There will be numerous gastronomic, commercial, and service premises in the object. Towers with 25 floors and 100 m in height will provide access to high-class workspaces. Green and relaxation zones will occupy 2.3 thousand sq m area of the complex.
The complex is located in the central part of Katowice. The main train station and Katowie Shopping Center is reachable 6 minutes within walking distance. It has an easy access to public transport. A4 motorway is 10 min by car away and the proximity of the international route is 35 min by car. Location also guarantees extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
