Building description

Unity Center is a multifunctional complex consisting of five buildings. The total leasable area offered by the complex is 46,000 square meters, distributed in five buildings: UNITY Tower, UNITY Square One, UNITY Square Two, UNITY Residence and UNITY Hotel. The heart of the Unity Center is a publicly accessible square with carefully arranged greenery, constituting the main axis of the site and available only to pedestrians. All buildings are connected by a two-story underground garage for 400 cars, and the facility is equipped with modern infrastructure for cyclists. A class complex has has the LEED Gold certificate.
