Next to the Mogilskiego Roundabout grows the biggest multifunctional complex in Cracow - Unity Centre.
Buildings were supposed to be in service gradually, but the investors decided to finish the whole investment simultaneously. It consists of 4 office buildings and apartment building.
Unity Tower is a 27-storey A-class office building connected through the ground and first floor with 9-storey University Office. Together they provide almost 24,000 square meters of the lease space. Next buildings are Eastern Office Building (10,700 square meters) and Western Office Building (11,700 square meters). Within the complex emerges also the apartment building, Unity Residence, and municipal boulevard Unity Square with plenty of restaurants and cafes.
