Building description

Unity Centre is a project of a multi functional complex, consisting of five buildings. Total leasable space offered by the complex will amount to 47 000 square meters, located in four buildings: Unity Tower, University Office, Eastern and Western Office Buildings. In the very heart of Unity Centre a public piazza will be situated, being the main axis of the complex, accessible only for pedestrians. All buildings of the Unity Centre will be connected with two- storey underground parking for 400 cars. Bike parking spaces will be also provided next to the complex, offering space for 200 bikes. Office premises will be equipped in high standard, including, among others, raised floor, suspended ceiling, BMS, fire protection system SAP, access control and Audible Warning System.

Unity Centre has an excellent location, within 1,5 km distance from the Main Market Square. Buildings will be situated close to Mogilskie roundabout, which is one of the most important transportation hubs in the city. Such location ensures great access to public transportation. What is more, in a close distance there is also a bus and railway station Kraków Główny and popular shopping mall Krakowska Gallery. In the neighborhood there are also located headquarters of most important public institutions, campus of Cracow University of Economics and botanical garden.
