Building description

DOT Office is a modern and environment-friendly office complex with the total lease area of around 21 000 m2, allocated in three, five-storey buildings that are set on a common, underground garage. The complex was constructed in a few stages - building A of 7 400 m2 and building B of 7 200 m2 entered the market in 2015 and building C of 7 200 m2 was completed in 2017. Design solutions relating to structures, elevations and building service systems have been based on energy-efficient, passive technologies, involving intelligent control systems.

In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway, the Kraków's ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, Rzeszów, and Kraków-Balice airport. The area features high scientific and innovation development potential, being home to a number of research centres of the Jagiellonian University and independent business establishments. Approx. 200 m from the DOT Office complex, at Bobrzyńskiego Street, there are located fast tram lines stops, which facilitate travelling between the complex and the city centre.
