The demolition of Atrium International, located at 23 Jana Pawła Avenue in Wola, will begin in the first quarter of 2023. It will be replaced by the Upper One complex consisting of an office building and a hotel. The office building will have 34 aboveground levels and be 131.5 metres high. The ground floor of the building is planned for retail premises. The remaining floors, each measuring approximately 1,000 sqm, will offer only office space with the possibility of being divided into 4 smaller modules, providing tenants with a high level of flexibility when leasing their spaces. The entire area of the office building is expected to be just under 36,000 sqm. It is worth noting that the offices on the four top floors will be enriched with viewing terraces.
While Atrium International is being demolished, a the construction of the new project will begin, hence an official start date of Upper One has not been announced. The developer expects the project to be completed in 2026.
