The building Atrium International Business Center, standing since 1995 in Warsaw on Jana Pawła II Avenue, will be demolished. The owner of the property has just obtained a permit for undertaking such actions and most probably by the end of the year will receive permission for constructing a new office building.
The developer for the moment is not going to reveal exact plans or visualization of the building. However, according to the site plan, two buildings may be erected within the plot - a 135-metre high tower and next to it a lower structure reaching 55 metres. Demolition works will most probably start this autumn.
The plot where the investment is planned is located in the center of Warsaw, close to Rondo ONZ and the Central Railway Station. It is surrounded by many office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants. It is the close Wola district, the so-called Central Business Area in the capital city.
