The PZU Tower located at Grzybowska Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue intersection will soon be demolished.
Currently, PZU Tower measures 94 meters. Inefficient technologies were used during its construction, which do not meet modern standards for office space in terms of environmental protection, work organization, and ergonomics.
A more modern office building matching the height of the Upper One building will be built in its place. A relevant application has already been submitted to Town Hall.
