Upper One will join the skyline of Warsaw. For this moment, it is known that the first phase of construction of the new complex has ended. The next phase will be the installation of a foundation slab and excavation to a level below that slab, additionally, a geothermal system and a parking garage will be installed.
Upper One has recently achieved the Platinum level of LEED certification and plans to continue to maintain the complex's green status.
Work is expected to end according to schedule in the first quarter of 2025.
