A topping out has been placed on the highest point of Centrum Marszałkowska. The building will offer not only about 16.500 sqm of a rentable office and commerce space, but also a 2-storey car parking and a parking for bikes with cloakrooms and showers, and all of that will be created according to the norms of the BREEAM Excellent certificate.
Within the works the well-known department store Sezam will be brought to life again and the Witold Rowicki’s walkway will be revitalised to become a good place to relax. Centrum Marszałkowska will be commissioned in the Q2 of 2018.
