New Sesame is one of the major projects of BBI Development in Poland. The building will be located on the site of the existing “Sezam” shopping centre, one of the landmarks of the 1960s great architectural entreprise, the eastern frontage of Marszałkowska Street.
Demolition of Sesame shopping centre and start of construction works is scheduled for next year. The opening of the building will take place in the first quarter of 2017.
The building will offer approximately 10,000 m2 of office space and 4,850 m2 of retail space for rent. The retail space will be allocated on three levels: -1, 0 and 1. Office space will be located on floors from 2 to 9.
This modern office project will present a high fit-out standard, including raised floors, suspended ceiling, full cabling, fibre optics as well as air conditioning. The building will be equipped with a reception, building security and access control system. The BMS system will ensure a modern and comfortable working environment. In addition, the new Sesame is the only building in Warsaw directly connected with the subway.
