In April this year the construction of Centrum Marszałkowska is launching. The realization will be managed by BBI Development S.A cooperating with Warsaw Cooperative Społem and DORACO company – professionals at the area of vast investments, as the general contractor. The construction is going to appear at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska Streets, in the location of former Retail Center SEZAM, currently also the area of two metro lines intersection. Advantageous communication conditions make the localization profitable and attractive. Approx. 12 000 sq m of modern office space, 4,800 sq m of commercial space to rent and additionally two-level underground parking with 106 places for cars will be availible. Various pro-ecology technologies will be provided in order to get the BREEAM certificate for the building.
Centrum Marszałkowska is meant to be a place open for a bustling city atmosphere – the surrounding area, which blends the retail, culture and art. According to this, the building will be integrated to the revitalized Witold Rowicki’s Passage and five green terraces to enable future users to feel the city atmosphere. The building is going to be let to use in the first quarter of 2018.
