BBI Development has acquired funds for the construction work on Centrum Marszałkowska, an office building currently emerging at Marszałkowska 126 Street. Through non-public bond issue of 50 000 series A bonds, belonging to BBI and "Społem" WSS SPV has gained 50 mln PLN, which it will use to cover e.g. general contractor fees.
The building, which will provide over 13 000 sq m of office area and approx. 3 400 of retail space, is planned to be commissioned in April 2018.
