The first part of the Centrum Południe complex was just put in use. It consists of two buildings (first 15-storey and the other 6-storey), which both offer in total 27,600 sq m. of a modern office space. It is the first office building in Wrocław to receive a WELL certificate.
The Centrum Południe provides environmentally friendly solutions. Thanks to the large glazing 95% of the office space will be illuminated by daylight. This will have a positive effect on the work comfort and will reduce energy consumption.
Additionally, Centrum Południe will be the first building in Wrocław with green concrete pavement. Due to the influence of sunlight, a chemical reaction takes place that reduces harmful substances in the air. At the moment, this is the solution used in the first stage of the investment, but it is also planned for subsequent stages.
