An official ceremony of embedding a foundation stone was held at the Centrum Południe complex, which is located at Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław.
The investment will consist of 5 buildings with approximate total area of 85,000 sq m.First stage of the project will comprise 2 objects and it will provide approx. 26,000 sq m of space.
Centrum Południe will be the first building in the city to be recognised in the WELL system. End of the construction works is planned for IIIQ 2020.
