Designed with people and the environment in mind, the Centrum Południe complex will provide 85,000 sq m. in 5 buildings. The investment will be powered by wind and photovoltaic energy.
The first phase with the obtained use permit offers 24,000 sq m. of modern A-class office space for rent on 15 floors. The building's tenants and guests may use a large two-level underground car park and beautiful green areas around it. It is worth noting that recycled materials and products with low VOC emissions were applied at the construction stage.
Office space is finished as per the highest standards, whereas the building itself will receive the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating, which will ensure a safe workplace in the context of the current pandemic.
