A multi-stage complex – Centrum Południe is under construction in Wrocław. The investment will ultimately provide 85 000 sqm of office, service and retail space. In August last year, two buildings were put into use, with a total area of 28 000 sqm.
The complex is under construction in accordance to the WELL Core & Shell requirements. Centrum Południe is powered by 100% green energy, which is produced by a wind farm and then delivered to the building.
Photovoltaic panels will be also built on the buildings. One panel will cover the daily energy requirements of one employee, e.g. desk lighting or powering a computer.
Moreover, sidewalks around the complex will be covered with green concrete aiming at reduction of air pollution. A similar solution has already been used, for example, in Warsaw.
