Construction of another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań has been completed. Building E has already received an occupancy permit. It is part of an investment located on a 3.8-hectare site right next to Poznań Główny train station.
Construction of Office Building E started two years ago in April 2021. It is the fifth building in the complex, which together will provide more than 100,000 sqm of usable space. Inside the Nowy Rynek, there is an accessible patio full of greenery, as well as places for relaxation, including a fountain and brine graduation towers.
As many as 160 bicycle parking spaces and 234 parking spaces are planned in Building E, along with electric car charging stations located on 2 underground floors. The total area of the office building has reached almost 28,500 sqm.
All buildings in the Nowy Rynek complex have been constructed in accordance with ESG principles, moreover, it will be powered by energy produced entirely from renewable sources. The office spaces will be maximally illuminated with natural light thanks to an appropriate façade. The applied ventilation system with high-class filters will provide as much as 30% more fresh air. All solutions used in Nowy Rynek E meet the requirements of LEED Platinum certification, WELL Core&Shell, WELL Health&Safety Rating and Barrier-Free Facility.
