Construction works of the 3rd building of the complex Nowy Rynek in Poznań have begun at the end of April.
14-storey office building will amount 27,000 sqm. Underground parking for 3rd and 4th building of the complex will be also build in this phase. Ultimately the investment will perform different functions and the usable area will amount over 100,000 sqm.
Putting into service is planned for the II quarter of 2021.
