A green square in Nowy Rynek

The Nowy Rynek complex, which was recently completed, has gained a new place to relax. A distinctive feature of the Poznań development has become a green inner square in the form of a park, which is part of the public space.

The idea of an internal market refers to the history of the capital of Wielkopolska, which is known for its numerous public squares and markets. The park was planted with greenery consisting of large trees supplemented with shrubs, climbers and grasses. The square also features a fountain, pergolas in the corners and brine graduation towers. Garden lighting accentuates the elements of small architecture. In the lamps are hidden hedgehog houses.

Ultimately, the Nowy Rynek complex will provide more than 100,000 sqm of usable space. The investment's tenants use a ventilation system with high-class filters, thanks to which up to 30% more fresh air is supplied to the building. As part of the complex, the first pavement in Poznań which reduce the level of pollution found in urban air was created. In the immediate vicinity of the project there are service points, shopping centres and two large parks.
