The execution of the office complex Nowy Rynek in Poznań takes another step forward. The construction of the fifth building in the complex has begun. The building area will be ca. 28.5 thousand sqm. The offered space will provide a modern and healthy workspace, which will be confirmed by environmental certificates - LEED and WELL.
The top floor of the building will feature a partially covered terrace, where visitors will be able to relax in the company of the panorama of Poznań.
The building is expected to be finished in the second quarter of 2023.
