West Forum- 1A is the first existing office building out of the planned West Forum office complex; a modern A-class office space that is 100,000sq m in 5-8 buildings. Building 1A offers over 10,200sq m of modern office space to rent spread over seven floors. Each workstation has access to natural light (large windows). The projects’ aim is to place at least one openable window in every office room. The building has 280 parking spaces located in the underground and around the building. There is also additional storage space at the underground level.

Its location at Strzegomska street gives close proximity to the main transportation hub that links the Market Square (4km) and the airport (6km) as well as the city ring road which ensures smooth communication with the city centre and other districts. Strzegomska street, with its developed public transport network, acts as the main access road to the surrounding residential areas.
