Sky Tower is the highest office-commercial-residential complex in Poland, 212 meters and 50 floors high. Offices are located in buildings B2 and B3. The office space in the tower building - B2 is located on floors 4th to 26th. In the adjacent building B3 offices occupy floors 5th to 10th. Apart from around 28 500 m2 of the office space for lease, the project includes the luxury apartments, large-scale shopping centre (25 000 m2) and comprehensive service and leisure facilities. The building offers also a multilevel underground car park. The office space in Sky Tower office meets the most rigorous quality and safety standards including: state-of-the-art air-conditioning and telecommunication system, BMS (Building Management System) as well as fully integrated fire protection system.
The Sky Tower complex is located within the so-called “South Centre” – the currently revitalised part of the Krzyki district, at Powstańców Śląskich Street (which is an extension of Świdnicka Street leading from the Old Town Market Square). In the neighborhood there are modern office and residential buildings. The project is ideally located within a walking distance from the main railway and bus stations (approx. 1,5 km away) and the Market Square (approx. 2 km away). The A4 motorway junction and the airport are approximately within a 20-minute drive from the complex.
