The investment at 18 and 18A Fabryczna Street in Wroclaw has received its building permit. The project is to include a complex of four high-rise office buildings, the tallest of which will be the new peak of Wroclaw. With a height of 214m and 53 storeys above ground, it will dethrone the 212-metre-high office and residential building Sky Tower.
The remaining three buildings will have 44 storeys (174m), 38 storeys (150m) and 35 storeys (138m). The buildings will offer office space as well as retail units. The total office space in the complex is expected to be around 53,580sqm and the retail space is expected to be around 820 sqm. The project will be built in three phases. The dates for the start of work and the completion of the buildings are not yet known.
